Claude Community x GlassFlow: Wir bauen eine Software Factory mit Claude Code
Florian Steiner 21.10.2026
- Anmeldung: https://luma.com/claude-pm6s
Claude Community x GlassFlow, supported by Anthropic. Venue: JetBrains München, danke für den Raum.

Claude Community x GlassFlow: We Build a Software Factory with Claude Code
Florian Steiner October 21, 2026
On Thursday, October 29, we get hands-on: instead of talks, there is a workshop where you build a software factory on your own laptop. A crew of Claude Code sessions plans with you, turns tickets into pull requests, reviews every pull request and merges to main.
At a glance
- When: October 29, 2026, 6:00 pm to 8:45 pm
- Where: JetBrains München, Christoph-Rapparini-Bogen 23, 80639 München
- Registration: https://luma.com/claude-pm6s
What it's about
Most of us use Claude Code as one session that writes code while we watch. This evening we try something else: a crew of Claude Code sessions running in the background on your own Claude plan.
The orchestrator picks up planned projects and starts builders. A builder works the tickets in your repo, one pull request each. The reviewer checks every pull request before it is merged. What the three share, the spec, the tickets, the reviews and your answers, is kept in Tares, GlassFlow's open-source tool.
Then you give the factory a small test job and watch it go from plan to pull requests merged on main. The factory works on any repo afterwards, nothing in it is specific to this evening.
Finished early?
From 7:30 pm there is a second build: an AI SRE with a handover agent. You build two agents that watch a small live service: a cheap watcher that looks every two minutes, and a root-cause agent it hands off to when something looks wrong. Then you break the service yourself and watch them find out why.
Schedule
6:00 pm doors open with pizza, drinks and networking. At 6:30 pm I welcome you, at 6:35 pm Armend Avdijaj and Kiran Nambiar introduce the setup. From 6:45 pm we build, and from 7:30 pm the bonus build runs in parallel. At 8:15 pm you show in a show and tell what your factory shipped, at 8:35 pm we wrap up with a short outlook from GlassFlow. We end at 8:45 pm.
Workshop by
Armend Avdijaj, co-founder and CEO of GlassFlow, a Berlin startup building data infrastructure and observability tooling for AI agents in production.
Kiran Nambiar, senior backend engineer at GlassFlow. He builds the data infrastructure behind observability and context engineering for AI agents in production.
Before you come
Please do the setup at home: https://workshop-munich.glassflow.ai/ It includes downloads of about 600 MB, and the Wi-Fi on site will be slow.
Bring a fully charged laptop with macOS or Linux, on Windows use WSL2, since power outlets in the room are limited. You also need Claude Code in the terminal or as the VS Code extension, signed in with your own Claude plan, Python 3.11 or later and Tares version 1.45.0 or later. For the bonus build, add Docker and your own Anthropic API key, or use the cloud option from the setup guide.
Who it's for
For anyone who already uses Claude Code and wants to see how several sessions carry a job from plan to merge together. You build alone or with others at a table. The workshop is free and in English, seats are limited, and registrations on Luma are approved one by one.
Claude Community x GlassFlow, supported by Anthropic. Venue: JetBrains München, thank you for the room.
