Claude for Founders: What a Founder Can Do Alone Today
Florian Steiner September 13, 2026
On Monday, September 28, during Bits & Pretzels week, we're bringing founders on stage to show what Claude takes off their plate today. Not as a slide deck, but live, on their real data.
At a glance
- When: September 28, 2026, 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm
- Where: CUPRA City Garage München, Odeonsplatz 1, 80539 München
- Registration: https://luma.com/claude-7la4
What it's about
A few years ago, starting a company meant an agency for the market analysis, a law firm for the contracts, a designer for the pitch deck and a development team for the first prototype. Today founders handle much of that themselves, with Claude as their tool.
That's what this evening is about. Not how to code with Claude, and not product demos. Instead, the question of what a small team can achieve today that used to take seed funding and ten people: in finance, sales, marketing, legal, operations or product.
The format
Each talk runs 15 minutes plus 5 minutes for questions. The rule is simple: show what actually works, on real data, including the places where it breaks.
To close, all speakers come to the front. Ramin Assadollahi moderates questions from the audience and one question for everyone: What wouldn't have happened without Claude?
Schedule
6:00 pm doors open and networking. 6:45 pm welcome, 7:00 pm an open Q&A about Claude. From 8:00 pm three founders show in lightning talks what runs on Claude for them, followed by the panel with all speakers, moderated by Ramin Assadollahi. From 9:20 pm there is time for conversations over drinks and snacks, until 11:00 pm.
The speakers
Burak Özafşar, co-founder and CTO of Mutagent (https://mutagent.io): Software Factories with Claude: Reaching Terminal Velocity. What actually happens when you automate the development cycle with agent teams: orchestration, review as the bottleneck, and handling context.
Carlo Venticinque, founder and CEO of Quotabus (https://www.quotabus.com): Running Quotabus with Claude: The Journey of a Customer Request.
Luisa Wasilewski, co-founder of halbzeit.ai (https://halbzeit.ai): Two founders, no team: how Claude runs our marketing, legal and finance.
Ramin Assadollahi moderates the panel afterwards.
