Claude for Founders: Was drei Gründer mit Claude heute schon laufen lassen
Florian Steiner 30.09.2026

Luisa Wasilewski, halbzeit.ai: zwei Gründer, kein Team

Claude for Founders: what three founders already run on Claude
Florian Steiner September 30, 2026
On 28 September, 116 founders, developers and investors came to CUPRA City Garage on Odeonsplatz. It was the ninth Claude Community meetup in Munich, in the middle of Bits & Pretzels week. The format was deliberately tight: three founders, 15 minutes each, live on real data, no product pitches.
Fireside chat with Anthropic
To open the evening, I asked Anthropic's startup team how Anthropic works with founders and investors. The startup program keeps evolving, Anthropic staff work directly with startups, and Anthropic partners with all major venture funds. If you are VC-backed, ask your investors about the Anthropic program.
Two links from the conversation: Claude for Startups with API credits, apply at https://claude.com/programs/startups, and the next Claude Founder House in Stockholm on 14 October, with a public livestream: https://www.anthropic.com/events/claude-founder-house-stockholm
Burak Özafşar, Mutagent: software factories
Burak showed how a team of agents with fixed roles runs the whole development lifecycle at Mutagent: planning, code, review, test and merge. A conversation turns into three files, requirements, design and tasks, and every pull request records what the agent read and decided.
His point: once agents write the code, review becomes the bottleneck. Written intent is what makes review possible in the first place.
Carlo Venticinque, Quotabus: the journey of a customer request
Quotabus organises bus travel for groups of ten or more. A request arrives by email, booking form, contact form or WhatsApp, often from the same customer across several channels. Carlo showed live on screen how Claude turns that into one request and carries it through twelve steps to a quote and a booking.
Luisa Wasilewski, halbzeit.ai: two founders, no team
Luisa showed how halbzeit.ai, two founders and no employees, runs marketing, legal and finance through Claude. She uses Claude to prepare legal and contract work, finance and taxes, and her slide decks, including the one she presented that evening.
Panel and networking
To close, Ramin Assadollahi brought all three speakers on stage together. After that, the evening continued over drinks and snacks until 11 pm.
The slides
Burak's and Carlo's slides and the welcome deck are on the home page under Past events: https://claudecode-muenchen.de/#vergangene
The welcome deck is a small experiment of its own: Claude Opus 5.5 built it as a Claude Code session in the browser, including a live counter for the profile wall.
What comes next
On 29 October the Claude Community runs a hands-on workshop with GlassFlow at JetBrains in Munich. Registration follows on Luma and in our Discord.
